Strategic Procurement consultancy required by procurement team responsible for contracting a range of equipment to support an aircraft availability contract.	Took procurement lead for three major Vendors on contract value circa £38m. Led process for national and tri-national piece part procurement and management valued at £30m. Supported development of approved European Supplier Business Agreement.
Business Analysis

Understanding and expertise required to aid systems analysts in Technical Requirements Documents and Process Maps to enable development of detailed operational and functional systems requirements for programmers.	Decomposition of IS requirements. Provided business process knowledge and support to delivery team. Provided business knowledge support to client’s development teams.
Supply Chain Analysis

End-to-end understanding, management and technical guidance required for existing processes covering provisioning of specific aircraft type.	Documentation of ‘as-is’ process. Analyse inter-relationships between various organisation involved in supply chain in order to negotiate change in tri-national commercial contracting route. Provided project support to modelling teams to enable progress.
