OptiMatrix is an independent Consultancy supporting the Defence, Aerospace and Security sector. Specialising in the development of both strategy and sustainable operational solutions across Commercial, Acquisition and Supply Chain, OptiMatrix supports the Authorities objective to equip and sustain support to the warfighter.

The need for a robust, resilient and agile Defence Supply Chain is more critical now than anytime in the last eighty years, and to achieve this it is essential to develop sustainable relationships across Industry, Authority and Academia, both Sovereignly and with International Allies.

The 2025 Strategic Defence Review states  that “Alliances and partnerships are the bedrock of global stability and are even more important to the UK in the context of growing risk and uncertainty (Chapter 2). They are essential to the Integrated Force and the ability to deter, fight, and win: delivering combined strength through interoperability; pooling financial and technological resources to innovate, with military and economic benefits; building industrial and supply chain resilience; and mitigating geographical disadvantages”

OptiMatrix provides its services to both the MOD (and aligned agencies) and Industry, (including innovative Micro startups, SME’s and Global Primes) to achieve this goal.
