Commercial management for International Air Defence proposal

A major Defence prime was developing a proposal for a multi £b contract with an overseas customer. They required commercial support to develop the proposal, support the internal governance process gate reviews and establish a viable subcontracting base.

Optimatrix delivered the following services:

  • Review and development of Subcontract terms and conditions.
  • Support for the development of SOW and Technical Specifications.
  • Produce issue and manage RFQ’s.
  • Preparation of whitepapers and end customer proposal documentation.
  • Support to the internal governance gate review process.
  • Support for the development of the cost model and milestone payment plan.
  • Provide Commercial and Supply Chain support and guidance to Business Development and Programme management.
  • Advise on Risk and Risk Management process.
  • Lead Subcontractor sourcing, engagement and relationship management.
